Hakka Yong Tau Foo

I am a Hakka woman, of course i like all the Hakka foods, hakka Yong Tau Fu is my favorite too =P

BB 's birthday 31/10/2010

A special birthday 's party for BB at last sat nite..
I prepare some "birthday eggs" for her, a birthday cake but i also order a chocolate mousse cake last week..**incase if i busy work n no time to prepare cake for her =P

I feel hungry but lazy to go out for dinner =P

hmmm.. remember i got some prawns in freezer, i got egg, onions n some vege... so i decide to made my 20yrs back's fried rice!! i love it when i was in secondary =)

Coca Cola Chicken

I learn this cola chicken when i was 12yrs with my mum, a simple & easy dish without deep fried..




Ingredients:

- 1 whole chicken
- 1 cup coca cola
- 1/2 tsp of spice powder
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 3 tbp of soya sauce
- little black soya sauce(for colouring)

wash n chop the chicken into small pieces, add the cola, soya sauce, spice powder & pepper, mix well, cook in medium heat with 30mins, stir it once in a while to avoid burning. add in the black soya sauce n ready to serve.
